Community-Based Therapeutics
Senior Adult Day Care and Adult Day Healthcare professional services deliver integrated, community based therapeutics. Our format of delivery, includes 12 hours of operation, social as well as health-related services designed to assist our Clients in efforts to sustain life in their community setting. We offer extended hours and extended service to 6 days per week for the working caregiver to have opportunity for Respite.
Currently, there are more than 4,000 Adult Day Centers operating in the United States.
The Senior Care Place is considered a combination program in that we offer integrated services, with community-based programs and services to meet the needs of the Clients/Participants. Community partners are chosen for a well-rounded program and must be consistent with the program services to be effective in meeting the Client/Participant needs.
Partners assigned are based on the enrollment assessments completed by our Licensed Nurse prior to enrollment. The Primary Care Physician will review and approve the plan of care offered for enrollment, then Team SCP begins the work. We want to meet the needs of our Clients from (1) one location.
Our full-service Adult Day program offers social as well as health care services in an environment that promotes relaxation, fun, socialization and care that surpasses the expectations of our Clients and their families.
Services offered include, but are not limited to the following:

▪ Structured Programming / Activities Scheduled

▪ Music Therapy
▪ Culinary Experience – Catered Meals (approved by Dietician)
▪ Extended Hours of Operation
▪ Therapy Services ( OT/PT/ST )
▪ Transportation
