Expanding Our Reach to Provide Continuity of Care

Supporting Independent Seniors

The Senior Care Place provides services to support independent seniors in their efforts to remain in their home.

While we understand that this is a large undertaking, we’re prepared for the challenge.  We will fulfill our purpose and we understand that this cannot be done alone.  Therefore, we’ve aligned with some of the best service providers in the area to assist in our efforts.

These community partners represent our local population which allows us to expand our reach to provide continuity of care.  They provide updated information in their field of service; to educate our community on what to look for if they have medical facing changes; to provide community outreach.

More information can be found below.  For additional assistance, please contact us.

A Culture of Care

We have created a culture of care;  brought forth with skill, knowledge and more than 25 years of expertise.  We will make a difference in the medical/healthcare Senior services community by joining our partners and leveraging the services we each have to offer.

The Senior Care Place, Inc. will use this formula to ”Change the Culture of Senior Healthcare by offering the tools they need to stay in their homes… one Person at a time.”

Are you passionate about helping others?  We need volunteers to help with transportation, cooking, cleaning, running errands and to provide a warm smile to those in need. If you want to give back to your community and provide assistance and companionship, click on the link below.
